With six experienced practitioners in this field, over the years the firm has developed skills to assist and advise individuals, whether Swiss or foreign citizens, when they settle down in Switzerland regarding various aspects of their private and family life as well as any matter relating to their wealth. We advise our clients and represent them in court as well as before all relevant administrative authorities. This practice includes representing and defending the interests of our clients through marital difficulties or estate litigation, implementing of estate planning and selection of the appropriate legal vehicle for each individual situation, procedures of enforcement of foreign rulings and the settlement of foreign clients in Switzerland.
